Thank you for shopping at Artwear Society. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Quality Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

For quality issues, we may offer:

  • A full refund
  • A replacement item
  • Store credit

No Physical Returns: As we work with print-on-demand partners, we do not accept physical returns of items. All quality issues will be handled through our digital verification process.

Order Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Once an order has been sent to production, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Size or Fit Issues: Please refer to our size charts before ordering. While we don't accept returns for size or fit issues, we're happy to provide guidance on selecting the right size for future orders.
